Christina Getaway To Hawaii After Announcement
“She wanted to get away,” a source tells Life & Style.
“Christina landed late last and is traveling with her producer, Tricky Stewart," says the source. “She has a packed weekend ahead of her, including yoga, surfing lessons, hikes, lunches, VIP dinners and cocktail parties."
This comes just days after Christina announced she was splitting up from her husband. She was last seen in public taking, Max, her son with Jordan, pumpkin-picking in West Hollywood yesterday.
No word on whether Max is accompanying his mother on her vacation. We can totally understand why she’d want to get out of town—paparazzi have been all over her the last few days.
This will probably be the last time Christina can relax for awhile—Burlesque comes out on November 16 and we’re sure she has a ton of promoting to do for it!

TMZ: Christina Aguilera Files For Divorce
According to the divorce docs, there is a prenup. The divorce petition asks that "Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation" be considered separate property.
Aguilera, who is represented by disso-queen Laura Wasser, lists the date of separation as September 11, 2010.
The petition also seeks to terminate Bratman's ability to get spousal support.
Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2.
Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ the marriage fell apart after Aguilera allegedly cheated on Bratman. Aguilera's side refused comment.

Christina Aguilera Speaks Out About Separation
"Although Jordan and I are separated, our commitment to our son Max remains as strong as ever,” the singer tells PEOPLE Magazine in a statement.
Aguilera, 29, and Bratman, 33, wed in California's Napa Valley in Novembert 2005. Their son was born in January 2008.
Rumor: Christina Splits From Jordan Bratman
“They were very much in love,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “But over the last six months, it became clear they were more like friends than husband and wife… [Christina even] proposed their August trip to Italy to rekindle their relationship, but it didn’t help.
Adds the insider, “[Their 2-year-old son Max] is their main concern… Christina is doing her best to be a great mom. She has a lot to juggle, but she’s learning how to make it work and balance it all.”
PS. Sad news. Hopefully isn't true.
